We had a fantastic time on our ASA 101 course. I have always wanted to learn to sail and these guys were so helpful in getting me started. Our instructor, Luke, was amazing. He was so calm and patient, he explained everything really well and I felt completely safe. We sailed in the Mooloolah River and then out in the bay at Mooloolaba which was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Aussie Sailing Co to anyone who really wants to learn how to sail.

David (and Rachel) has been the most flexible and generous instructor I have come across in a long time.Nothing's too much; flexibility with schedules and reschedules has been awesome, training time is ample, and his training style is relaxed and firm at the same time. For novices like myself, it's the best way to learn: get the right amount of info, and just practice (while your instructor is very forgiving of your mistakes, still is clear with instructions, and keeps cheering you on).I still very much feel on my L-plates when it comes to sailing, but the amount of progress I've made over a few lessons is insane. All credit goes to the Aussie Sailing Co and the two helms-persons David and Rachel.
